Shifts: Morning/Evening as Needed
Pay Rate: Negotiable
A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is responsible for providing personal care, performing ADLs duties, and assisting patients in their homes under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN).
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Help patients with mobility and transfers
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nurse
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
- Document patient care and report any concerns to the nurse
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a state-approved CNA training program
- Current CNA certification
- Prior CNA/PCA experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and move patients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to pass a national background check

A Personal Care Assistant (PCA) is responsible for providing assistance with daily living activities to individuals who are unable to perform these tasks on their own. The PCA will work under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed therapist to provide care to clients in their homes or in a healthcare facility.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Help clients with mobility and transfers, including using a wheelchair or walker
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Provide medication reminders
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Document client care and progress in a timely and accurate manner
- Communicate with office staff, RNs and family members as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a national background check and drug test
- Ability to lift and move clients as needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
